Human Resources Intern

About the Role

The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations and assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive environment for team members. This internship role is remote, allowing the intern to collaborate with global colleagues through digital tools and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with HR documentation.
• Help implement HR policies.
• Support personnel records management.
• Coordinate basic employee benefits-related queries under supervision.
• Assist with recruitment support tasks.
• Coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain HR databases and spreadsheets.
• Contribute to HR projects focused on staff engagement, internal communication, and compliance with organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
• Ability to understand and apply HR Policies and basic Personnel Management practices.
• Awareness of Employee Benefits concepts and willingness to support related administrative tasks.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
• Comfort working in a remote environment, using digital collaboration tools, and managing tasks independently under guidance.
• Demonstrated interest in mental health advocacy, social impact, or nonprofit work.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
