About the Role
This is an entry-level position for a Deal Desk Analyst at Hitachi Digital, a fast-growing division of Hitachi Group focused on digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing Reports and Dashboards for the leadership team.
- Driving month-end and PRC Cost rate exception processes.
- Performing year-end activities for OMF updates, Cost rate updates, and other Project extension activities.
- Providing operational support for tasks such as Bill Rates changes and transferring time of resources.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good knowledge of the O2C cycle & SOW.
- Experience with Project creation and Contract types.
- Working knowledge of Adv. Excel.
- Oracle or any ERP for Project Code creation is a plus.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Self-motivator, interested in taking initiatives and automating processes.
- Punctual and disciplined.
- Open for UK shifts.
