About the Role

As an AES Salesforce Omnistudio/ Vlocity Associate, you will support client support work within our Advisory practice, helping deliver managed service processes tied to Salesforce solutions, data review, enrichment, processing, and quality control activities. As an Associate, you will focus on learning, contributing to project tasks, adapting to changing client needs, and building your skills while delivering dependable work in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will apply a learning mindset, take ownership of assigned tasks, gather information from multiple sources, ask questions to check understanding, and contribute to the delivery of Salesforce OmniStudio and Vlocity work for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Salesforce OmniStudio and Vlocity service tasks across client support activities and managed delivery workflows
• Processing customer data, reviewing records, and maintaining data quality across case and transaction handling activities
• Configuring and updating Salesforce components to support workflow changes, user requests, and application enhancements
• Monitoring service queues, triaging issues, and escalating complex items for timely resolution
• Documenting procedures, process updates, and case outcomes to support consistent service delivery
• Executing quality control checks on data, completed work items, and service outputs to validate accuracy and completeness
• Assisting with issue investigation, complaint handling, and corrective actions across operational support processes
• Collaborating with team members to track service levels, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
