About the Role
Join our PwC Acceleration Center India and help shape the future of business for our diverse client portfolio. You'll work at the heart of global teams, solving real client challenges through connected collaboration. As a Salesforce DevOps Associate, you will support managed service delivery within our Advisory practice, contributing to Salesforce configuration, release coordination, data handling, and process monitoring for client solutions. As an Associate, you will learn by taking ownership of assigned tasks, adapting to changing priorities, asking questions, and building commercial awareness while developing your technical skills and personal brand. In this role, you will help execute client support activities tied to Salesforce application evolution services, including data review, enrichment, processing, quality control checks, and issue resolution. You will also work from defined procedures, contribute to project tasks, and bring a dependable, learning-focused mindset to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Salesforce DevOps activities across client support engagements and application lifecycle tasks
- Executing data review, enrichment, and processing activities to maintain accurate client records and transaction flow
- Monitoring quality control checks, documenting findings, and escalating issues for timely resolution
- Assisting with release coordination, deployment preparation, and validation of configuration updates
- Managing service requests, incident tracking, and status updates across assigned workstreams
- Applying process documentation to follow repeatable delivery steps and maintain consistency across tasks
- Reviewing customer data, system outputs, and functional changes to identify gaps or defects
- Contributing to continuous improvements in service delivery, data handling, and workflow efficiency

Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Applying Salesforce DevOps knowledge in client support settings

- Communicating ideas clearly and actively listening for understanding
