Cloud Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Cloud Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Cloud Engineer will design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure to support AI-powered software products, distributed systems, and scalable digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provisioning and configuring cloud resources.
• Managing Linux-based servers.
• Setting up and maintaining databases.
• Ensuring high availability, security, and performance of cloud environments.
• Collaborating with software development and DevOps teams to build CI/CD pipelines.
• Automating deployments.
• Optimizing infrastructure costs.
• Supporting observability and incident response.
• Contributing to infrastructure architecture, documentation, and best practices for cloud computing and enterprise integrations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Cloud Computing and Infrastructure, including designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud environments.
• Experience in Software Development for cloud-native and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Linux administration and scripting.
• Solid understanding of Databases, including setup, performance tuning, backup, and security in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring/observability tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and take ownership of infrastructure reliability and security.
