About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Engineer role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and execute manual test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of software tools and internal systems.
- Review requirements and specifications.
- Identify test conditions.
- Document test results.
- Report defects with clear and reproducible steps.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of quality standards.
- Contribute to refining QA processes.
- Maintain test documentation.
- Support release activities to ensure stable deployments.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills.
- Ability to interpret requirements and define appropriate test coverage.
- Manual Testing and Test Execution skills for validating features, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Experience in designing and maintaining Test Cases and test documentation for different scenarios and edge cases.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to defect reporting.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking or test management tools.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with basic automation testing concepts, regression testing, and working in a product or service-based technology environment will be an advantage.
