About the Role

House Of Vian is a luxury design, manufacturing, and retail brand specializing in glamorous handmade shoes and bags. Drishtti Dreamscappee runs luxury short-stay properties. This role involves managing social media for both brands, handling guest inquiries and admin for Drishtti Dreamscappee, and managing PR and collaborations for House of Vian.

Key Responsibilities

Social media (both brands)

• Plan and manage Instagram and other social channels
• Create content: reels, stories, carousels and captions
• Schedule and publish posts, and respond to comments and DMs
• Track what’s working and bring new ideas

Drishtti Dreamscappee: guest handling and admin

• Reply to guest enquiries and bookings on chat (WhatsApp, Instagram, Airbnb)
• Coordinate with guests before, during and after their stay
• Handle day-to-day admin and coordination

House of Vian: PR and collaborations

• Reach out to and manage content creators and influencers
• Build relationships with wedding planners, stylists, and designers
• Coordinate product seeding, shoots, and collaborations

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Active on Instagram
• A smartphone is essential
• Proficiency in using social media tools and analytics platforms
• Content creation abilities, such as copywriting for posts, captions, and basic storytelling aligned with brand tone
• Strong social media management skills, including content scheduling, community engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
• Basic Canva and video editing (CapCut, InShot) is a plus

Qualifications

• Well-spoken, confident and sharp, with strong English and Hindi, written and spoken
• Comfortable talking to guests, creators and partners
• A good eye for aesthetics and trends
• A quick learner who is organised and takes ownership
• Comfortable appearing on camera in reels is a bonus
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.

Role details:

• Reports to the founders
• 3-month probation
• CTC: ₹3-4 LPA
