About the Role

Hard n Soft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an energetic and driven Sales and Marketing Intern to join their team. This is a hands-on opportunity to bridge academic learning with real-world business growth, working closely with the sales and marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Lead Generation

• Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through online and offline channels.
• Assist in contacting prospects, understanding their needs, and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations.
• Maintain and update customer records and interaction notes in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales decks, proposals, and follow-up materials.

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Create basic marketing collateral, emails, or social media posts using tools like Canva or MS Office.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor consumer trends.
• Help organize promotional events, webinars, or brand initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track campaign engagement metrics, lead conversions, and performance data.
• Compile weekly or monthly summary reports for the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Currently in final semester or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic social media platforms.
• Mindset: Eagerness to learn, strong organizational habits, and the ability to handle rejection or fast-paced environments with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing, Canva, or basic CRM tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or cold outreach.
