About the Role
RWS is seeking a Search Engine Evaluator - Bengali (India) to test and evaluate how clients' search engines respond to everyday searches. This role is crucial in enhancing AI data to improve the online search engine experience for users.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and evaluate search engine responses to everyday searches.
- Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos to refine AI data.
- Enhance search engine results.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Currently reside in India.
- English and Bengali proficiency.
- Must have a smartphone and personal computer with a reliable internet connection.
- Reliable antivirus software to protect your computer.
- Must pass training modules and a required test created by the client before commencing work.
- Only one Search Quality Rater per household.
- Must be 18+ years old.
Qualifications
- Web-savvy with a talent for finding things online using minimal keywords.
- Skills in online research.
- Ability to analyze information and assess its relevance or significance.
- Strong understanding of popular culture in India.
- Inquisitive by nature with an interest in AI.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to continually maintain quality and accuracy SLAs.
- Self-discipline to stick to a schedule, even in a home office environment.
- Enjoy working in a flexible, part-time capacity.
- Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week, maximum of 20 hours per week (average 15 hours weekly).
- Must sign and adhere to a project NDA.
