Advanced Business Analyst

About the Role

As part of a digital transformation at a leading automotive supplier, this role is crucial in requirement analysis, business communication, and project coordination for Microsoft Power Platform solutions and Sinequa. The position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, developers, and management within the Collaborative & Cloud Services Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and business users to understand, clarify, and finalize requirements for Microsoft Power Platform solutions and Sinequa.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user guides, and technical inputs in a clear and structured format.
• Coordinate with developers to check feasibility, dependencies, solution approach, effort estimation, and delivery timeline.
• Prepare and present requirement scope, estimation, timeline, risks, and business benefits to management for review and approval.
• Track project activities from requirement finalization through development, testing, UAT, approval, PROD deployment, and post-go-live follow-up.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, testers, and support teams to ensure timely completion of agreed actions.
• Support UAT preparation, collect user feedback, and ensure required changes are communicated and tracked.
• Ensure alignment with internal governance, compliance, documentation, and deployment standards.
