About the Role

A full-time, on-site Junior Architect/Interior Designer role based in Mumbai. This role involves assisting in concept development, space planning, and architectural and interior design for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in concept development.
• Space planning.
• Architectural and interior design for ongoing projects.
• Preparing drawings and 3D models.
• Supporting design presentations.
• Coordinating with senior team members on design refinements.
• Assisting with construction documentation.
• Producing detail drawings.
• Material selection.
• Liaising with vendors and consultants as required.
• Supporting basic project coordination activities, ensuring design intent is maintained.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
• Comfort with presentation tools.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, workflows, or building information modeling (BIM) is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Ability to contribute to concept development and detailed design.
• Basic Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking project progress, and coordinating with team members and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
• Strong visual communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and produce technical drawings.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate in a studio environment, and handle multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in Mumbai is a plus.
