Acceler8 Talent, part of the Understanding Recruitment Group, is seeking ambitious individuals to join their sourcing team in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a specialist technology recruitment business partnering with innovative companies in emerging technology markets. The role is ideal for individuals graduating in 2026 or those looking to start a career in a fast-paced, people-focused industry.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will learn to:

• Build relationships with candidates and clients
• Source and engage top tech talent
• Manage recruitment processes from interview through to offer stage
• Develop strong communication and commercial awareness skills
• Build deep knowledge of specialist tech markets
• Focus on candidate delivery, developing expertise in sourcing, screening, and talent engagement

Requirements & Tech Stack
