About the Role

The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily activities focused on client acquisition, campaign visibility, and relationship-building with brands and creators. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation.
• Update CRM or tracking tools.
• Support outreach to prospective clients and partners via email, calls, and social platforms.
• Help prepare sales presentations and marketing collateral.
• Assist in preparing basic performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams on campaign execution and follow-ups.
• Respond to basic client inquiries.
• Support the management of influencer and creator relationships.
• Participate in training sessions to learn sales and marketing best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Foundational Sales skills with an interest in Sales Management.
• Ability to support lead generation and outreach activities.
• Ability to assist with training-related tasks.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and the influencer or creator ecosystems.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and open to feedback.
• Ability to work both on-site in New Delhi and remotely.
