About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Intern / Marketing Fresher role based in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote commercial kitchen equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Support digital and offline marketing activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team on promotional materials.
• Conduct basic market research.
• Create and update marketing content.
• Track campaign performance.
• Help manage social media and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Learn the fundamentals of B2B marketing in the hospitality and food service sector.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret basic market data and campaign results.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Creativity Skills to contribute to marketing content, visuals, and campaign ideas.
• Foundational Marketing knowledge to support campaign planning and brand promotion.
• Basic Sales awareness to understand customer needs and support lead generation activities.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
