About the Role
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners, initiate conversations, and schedule free in-home consultations. This role focuses on generating interest and making a great first impression, not closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in local neighborhoods to start conversations with homeowners.
- Introduce Mad City Windows & Baths' window, bath, and kitchen solutions.
- Create interest and answer basic questions about products and services.
- Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for In-Home Sales Representatives.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve daily and weekly goals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented.
- Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Healthy competitive spirit and motivated to earn bonuses.
- Comfortable being active and working outdoors during the day.
Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful but not required.
Qualifications
- No sales experience required.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
Physical Requirements
- Walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods.
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday.
