About the Role

• Full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Delhi, India.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and web applications for Acrapath’s hiring and recruitment platforms.
• Implement scalable APIs, optimize databases, and write clean, efficient code following software development best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Review code and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, improve system performance, and participate in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming.
• Experience in at least one modern programming language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side frameworks.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team, communicate clearly, and take ownership of deliverables.
