About the Role
Turflo is seeking a Social Media & Content Intern for its Delhi NCR office. This is a hybrid role focused on creating engaging content and supporting community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create Instagram content, including reels, stories, carousels, and captions.
- Capture content at games, tournaments, community experiences, and brand activations.
- Pitch relevant trends, fresh formats, and ideas for Turflo's audience.
- Shoot and edit engaging short videos using mobile editing tools.
- Support posting, scheduling, comment replies, and community engagement.
- Assist with event planning and execution, creator coordination, and brand integrations.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and the team to ensure deliverables are on track.
- Track content performance and help drive game bookings and WhatsApp community joins.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Understanding of Instagram culture and enjoyment in creating content.
- Comfort in shooting on a phone, editing short videos, and writing engaging copy.
- Organized, proactive, and reliable with deadlines.
- Enjoy interacting with people and comfortable working on the ground.
- Interest in sports, communities, or live experiences is a plus.
- College projects, personal pages, and content made for fun are considered.
- Prior internship experience is not mandatory.
Work Setup
- Hybrid role: Remote work with in-person availability for shoots and events across Delhi NCR.
- Availability required for evenings and weekends when scheduled.
