About the Role
The Omni Sports Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, focused on inspiring customers to discover, enjoy, and deepen their relationship with sport.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers.
- Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable sports equipment, apparel, and services.
- Maintain product displays.
- Ensure stock availability.
- Contribute to an engaging and safe store environment.
- Support in-store events, demos, and basic coaching interactions.
- Help customers understand how to use products effectively and confidently.
- Collaborate with teammates to share sports knowledge.
- Gather customer feedback.
- Continuously improve the overall shopping and sporting experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfort with using digital tools and point-of-sale systems.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physical Education.
- Genuine passion for multiple sports.
- Skills in Coaching and Sports Coaching.
- Experience or interest in Sports Training.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and provide practical solutions.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in sports retail, coaching, or fitness instruction is an advantage but not mandatory.
