Key Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs.
• Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets.
• Verify that other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs.
• Build rapport with guests.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and act upon them.
• Uphold quality standards.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
• Create a safe workplace.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
