Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end client onboarding, including setting up employee data, leave policies, and system configurations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving daily client queries on HRStop usage via support calls, emails, and chat.
- Proactively monitor client usage and guide users to ensure adoption of all HRStop modules.
- Conduct regular product training sessions, live webinars, and interactive workshops for client HR teams and employees.
- Communicate new feature releases, system updates, and UI changes to clients.
- Manage client complaints and coordinate with the product team to resolve technical issues.
- Assist clients in mapping their internal compliance, payroll structures, and HR workflows into HRStop using foundational HR and payroll knowledge.
- Create and update client resources, including FAQs, user manuals, and feature guides.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with any ATS or HRMS tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
