About the Role
We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, along with strong knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Apna, and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong screening, headhunting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Immediate joiners with IT and Non-IT recruitment experience will be given preference.
- Only Mumbai based candidates preferred.
