About the Role
Doctar Connect Worldwide PVT LTD is hiring a Telecaller to join its Kolkata-based team. The role involves delivering responsive, informative customer support within the healthcare services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls efficiently and courteously.
- Understand queries and provide accurate information related to healthcare services.
- Address customer concerns and complaints using a patient, solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Escalate complex concerns to the relevant department and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers as required and contribute to positive customer experiences.
- Work toward targets related to call handling, satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Open to freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience.
- Minimum qualification: below 10th standard.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to listen actively, explain information clearly, and handle customer complaints appropriately.
- Comfort with maintaining basic records and following established processes.
- This is a full-time, in-office position in Kolkata with a six-day working week and a 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift.
- Monthly salary: ₹20,000.
