About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with 0-1 year of experience who are passionate about business analysis, problem-solving, process improvement, and technology-driven solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to understand requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Support the creation of business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges
- Analyze data, identify trends, and support business decision-making
- Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and requirement validation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, or a related role
- Basic understanding of business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools
- Ability to create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Good to Have
- Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of SQL, Power BI, or data visualization tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and UAT processes
- Interest in digital transformation, product development, and business process optimization
