About the Role
Rajshree Electronics & Automation India Pvt Ltd is seeking a full-time, on-site Field Application Engineer based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on providing pre- and post-sales technical support to customers, working with leading technologies and suppliers in the electronics and automation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Assist with product selection and application analysis.
- Perform troubleshooting for customer issues.
- Visit customer sites for demonstrations and technical support.
- Conduct technical presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop proposals.
- Interpret circuit and system requirements.
- Advise on analog and electronic component usage.
- Prepare technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolios, market trends, and industry standards.
- Travel locally and regionally for customer visits and technical support.
Requirements & Tech Stack

Qualifications
- Strong field applications and technical support skills.
- Experience in customer-facing engineering roles.
- Ability to support sales activities, including technical pre-sales, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site with customers.
- Familiarity with industrial automation, controls, or related systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
