About the Role
The Warehouse Associate role at BuyBuyCart is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily warehouse operations.
- Receive inbound shipments.
- Unload and check goods.
- Organize products in designated storage areas.
- Pack orders accurately.
- Prepare items for shipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment when authorized.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Work closely with team members to meet fulfillment timelines and quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Shipping & Receiving processes, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing goods.
- Packing and Unloading tasks.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack (certification preferred).
- Ability to lift and move items safely.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying orders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes.
- Hands-on experience with Packing and Unloading tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability.
- Punctuality.
- Capacity to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
