Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to real-estate project sites in Thane
- Engage with developers to introduce FinREQ debt syndication services
- Identify specific funding and construction finance requirements
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of local developers
- Qualify leads for the senior real-estate finance team
- Collect data on site progress and report qualified leads to the senior finance team
