Human Resource Intern

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Our genomics-based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as a top innovation supported by BIRAC and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in 2022.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate with stakeholders (Hiring managers, candidates) for scheduling interviews
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sound knowledge of HR Processes
• Well versed with MS Office and GSuite
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
• Good proficiency in English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Science (preferred) or Human Resources

This is a paid internship.
