About the Role

Suman is a mental wellness platform seeking engineering students to help reach students who need Suman most.

The Setup

• Fair compensation
• 100% remote, from your own campus, anywhere in India
• No fixed hours: 3-10 hours a week, at your discretion. Activities occur during the college week; no work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
• Key outcome: your campus starts using Suman, with all activities run safely and effectively.
• Duration: 3 months, extendable.

What You'll Do

• Bring Suman to your campus and help batchmates get started quickly.
• Run a 7-night sleep challenge during tech fests or end-sems, and placement-season reset sessions.
• Partner with your student council, tech and cultural fest teams, and coding clubs.
• Share honest feedback from your batch, including on the app itself.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Discipline to deliver without constant supervision.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, PhD, or a diploma in engineering.
• Batchmates already trust you and come to you for support.
• Proven experience organizing something: an event, a club, a fest team, or a WhatsApp community.
