Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Semi Voice)
Location: Hyderabad (Lancho Hills)
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls.
- Handle chat and emails to provide exceptional customer service.
- Respond to inquiries about transactions.
- Process payments.
- Perform general account maintenance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 12th & above educational qualification.
- Strong and accurate data entry skills.
- Typing Skills: 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient reading skills.
- Flexible to switch between tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts including nights.
- Candidates must reside within a radius of 25 Km of the office.
Qualifications
- Customer oriented with a Finance background is preferred.
- Inbound calling experience is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
Compensation
- Fresher CTC: 300,000
- Tenured CTC: 425,000
