Associate, Multimedia Web Developer/Programmer

About the Role

L3Harris is seeking a highly collaborative and forward-thinking Associate, Multimedia Web Developer/Programmer to join the Tactical Communications Multimedia Training team. This role focuses on creating innovative customer support and interactive e-learning content related to tactical radio products.

Job Location: Rochester, NY

Job Schedule: 9/80 (Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off)

Salary Range (NY State): $48,500 - $90,500

Key Responsibilities

• Build interactive learning experiences for end-user tactical radio product training.
• Collaborate with visual and instructional designers to create training deliverables.
• Develop responsive learning tools for end-user customers.
• Create internal business web-applications and programmatic algorithms to assist with training department needs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• JavaScript (both legacy (ES5) and modern standards (ES6+))
• HTML5
• CSS3
• SQL/Database experience
• jQuery (preferred)
• CreateJS/ZIMjs (preferred)
• ElectronJS (preferred)
• ASP.NET Core (preferred)
• C# (preferred)
• Razor Pages (preferred)
• Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred)
• Unreal Engine (a plus)

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Web Design and Development, Interactive Media, Human-Centered Computing, Computer Science, or related field.
• OR Completed a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
• Capability to read, debug, and explain code for both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Ability to implement or collaborate on graphic and UI/UX design elements.
