About the Role
- A full-time, on-site position located in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in and call-in customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing for HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Quote and invoice customers.
- Look up parts and equipment in catalogs or systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for order fulfillment.
- Manage returns and exchanges in line with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales counter and showroom.
- Stay up to date with product features and promotions.
- Provide courteous, solution-focused support to contractors and other customers.
- Collaborate with outside sales and branch management to meet customer needs and branch sales goals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Customer service and sales skills
- HVAC product knowledge or strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work safely in a warehouse and counter environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Goodman, Amana, or Daikin products is a plus.
- Prior experience in HVAC distribution, wholesale trade, or counter sales is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional technical or HVAC-related training is an advantage.
