Job Title: Associate, Mechanical Engineering

Location: Waco, Texas

About the Role

• Provide mechanical engineering support for new product development and factory support of existing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into a mechanical specification and test plan for development.
• Execute verification testing as defined by the mechanical specification and test plan.
• Conduct design analysis and testing (structural and thermal) to ensure designs meet customer requirements.
• Understand customer needs, generate test procedures, and execute testing.
• Generate and/or process engineering change orders (ECO’s) as required.
• Work directly with mechanical designers on CAD models and part documentation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with CAD models.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or have completed a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.
