About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career and educational requirements, and guiding them towards suitable courses and programs offered by the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand students' educational background, career goals, and requirements.
• Provide detailed information about available courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Counsel and guide students in selecting suitable courses.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Handle queries and address concerns related to courses, fees, and admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.
• Achieve assigned admission/enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making calls and interacting with students/professionals.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
