Corporate Strategy Associate

About the Role

A Top Multi-Strat Hedge Fund is seeking a Corporate Strategy Associate to contribute to firm-level initiatives supporting business growth, platform efficiency, and strategic resource allocation. The role builds analyses, financial models, and performance metrics that guide decision-making, using agentic AI tools as a core working method. The Associate will also drive AI adoption across the firm, partnering with business teams to understand workflows and integrate tools that fit how they operate, as the business-facing complement to technical engineering counterparts. The role requires a balance of quantitative skill, business judgment, AI fluency, and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Frame requirements, test outputs, and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams on data and AI initiatives.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to query internal databases, reconcile datasets, validate reports, and automate recurring analytical workflows, with appropriate human review of all outputs.
• Drive AI adoption across business teams: work directly with users to understand their processes and workflows, identify practical use cases, and integrate AI tooling suited to how each team operates.
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives, business expansion opportunities, technology investments, and structural changes.
• Support the design and execution of cross-functional initiatives, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, success metrics, and scalable solutions.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentation materials to communicate insights and support decision-making processes.
