Intern, Ownership Services Analyst

About the Role

Rolls-Royce Ownership Services is seeking a motivated, self-directed, and business-minded Analyst Intern for a Spring 2027 Full-Time Internship in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with data, conducting research, solving problems, and translating information into actionable business insights.

Internship Dates: January 11, 2027 – May 14, 2027

Location: Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, United States

Work Schedule: Full-time (36.25 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for target setting and performance tracking.
• Analyze data to identify sales trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Support financial, operational, and general business analyses.
• Prepare clear reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Improve business processes, reporting methods, and analytical tools.
• Develop tools and resources that support accessory sales across the dealer network.
• Coordinate accessory training, manage inventory for marketing events, and adapt/publish accessory bulletins.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience writing macros.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, or comparable analytical tools.

Qualifications

• Field of Study: business, finance, economics, data analytics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Business fluent English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Sound business acumen and the ability to connect data with business needs.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and critically evaluate data outputs.
• A curious, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.

Preferences:

• Experience in the automotive industry at the dealer level.
