About the Role

The Associate Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position involves creating visual assets for digital campaigns, social media posts, websites, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for digital campaigns, social media posts, websites, and marketing materials.
• Align designs with brand guidelines.
• Assist in developing logos, brand identities, and visual concepts.
• Ensure cohesive design across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams.
• Refine designs based on feedback.
• Prepare files for production or digital use.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graphics and Graphic Design for creating compelling visual content across digital and print media.
• Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain strong, consistent brand identities.
• Typography to ensure clear, aesthetically pleasing, and readable text in all designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or equivalent) is preferred.

Qualifications

• A foundation in visual communication, layout, and color theory, supported by a portfolio showcasing relevant design work, is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to iterate based on feedback.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is an advantage, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
