Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine safety inspections across the factory and production areas.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure employees use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Monitor compliance with workplace safety procedures and applicable regulations.
- Assist in fire safety inspections, emergency drills, and evacuation procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and basic safety awareness training for employees.
- Report and investigate workplace accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, and incident records.
- Monitor housekeeping, machine safety, electrical safety, and safe material handling.
- Support the implementation of safety policies and accident-prevention measures.
