Litigation Associate

About the Role

At AMV Law, we are seeking an Associate who is sharp, intellectually curious, and genuinely excited about the future of legal practice. This role is open to candidates at all experience levels, including recent law graduates and practicing advocates. As an Associate, you will work closely with senior counsel on substantive legal matters, think independently, contribute meaningfully, and grow rapidly.

What You Will Do

• Conduct in-depth legal research across statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, legal opinions, and court documents.
• Assist senior counsel in client advisory, litigation strategy, and matter management.
• Communicate directly with clients in a professional and considered manner.
• Adopt and leverage modern legal workflows and research tools to deliver efficient, high-quality work.
• Contribute original thinking to complex legal problems.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A legal background — qualified, enrolled with the Bar Council, or in the final stages of completing a law degree.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical capabilities.
• An appreciation for how technology is transforming legal practice, and an eagerness to work at that intersection.
• Clear, precise written and verbal communication.

Good to Have
