About the Role

JEEVMEDIA is an international influencer marketing and creator management agency. As a Junior Talent Manager at JEEVMEDIA, you will support the end-to-end management of creators, with a focus on talents across the globe. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting with scouting and onboarding international creators, coordinating communication between creators and brands, and helping structure collaboration terms and campaign deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Support scouting and onboarding of international creators.
• Coordinate communication between creators and brands.
• Assist in structuring collaboration terms and campaign deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date records of talent profiles, performance metrics, and ongoing projects.
• Prepare briefings, reports, and proposals for brand partnerships.
• Monitor social media platforms for trends.
• Support talent with content planning and scheduling.
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with senior talent managers and the wider team to provide consistent support to creators and contribute to building a strong regional talent ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Organizational, time-management, and coordination skills.
• Social media literacy and basic digital marketing awareness, including familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Understanding of influencer marketing trends.
• Analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track campaign performance and interpret basic metrics.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Bengali is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with local culture in West Bengal and the Greater Kolkata Area will be highly beneficial.
• Prior internship or junior experience in influencer marketing, talent management, media, or events is an advantage but not mandatory.
