Full-Stack Developer Intern (Android & PHP)

About the Role

The Full-Stack Developer Intern (Android & PHP) will support the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications in a remote internship role. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience across the stack, with guidance from mentors and exposure to real-world client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement front-end interfaces.
• Build and test back-end APIs in PHP.
• Integrate Android app features.
• Collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot issues.
• Assist in writing clean, documented code.
• Perform code reviews.
• Participate in agile team activities such as stand-ups and sprint planning.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Android Studio, Java, or Kotlin
• WebView and basic Android UI components
• Core PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• API Integration (connecting Android app to backend database using APIs or AJAX calls)

Qualifications

• Final year students (B.Tech / BCA / MCA) or recent graduates (Freshers) eager to kickstart their career in software engineering.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Android Studio, Java, or Kotlin.
• Ability to work with WebView and basic Android UI components.
• Clear concepts of Core PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Must know how to connect an Android app to a backend database seamlessly using APIs or AJAX calls.

Bonus Point: Candidates who have practically hosted a basic PHP/MySQL website on a live server (like cPanel, Hostinger, AWS, or any free hosting) will be given first preference.
