Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns.
- Provide support for data collection to enable account recovery for end users.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Voice role experience (0-3 years)
- Experience for freshers: 2022-2026 passouts only.
- Flexible with any shift.
- Work from office in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (except law/diploma) is eligible.
