About the Role
- This is a walk-in drive for a Customer Service Voice role in Hyderabad.
- The role involves working in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment focused on AI and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns.
- Provide support for data collection to enable account recovery for end-users.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience: 0-3 years of previous experience in a voice role.
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift.
- Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from office only).
Qualifications
- Graduation: Any graduate except law/diploma.
- Passouts (for freshers): 2022-2026 passouts are eligible.
