About the Role
Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2027 Market Research Intern to support commercial real estate market research activities. This is a Full-Time Internship at the home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide market research support to development and market research teams.
- Communicate with comparable multifamily properties to verify competitive positioning and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with dealmaker and market research analyst to assist in rent positioning for potential projects.
- Research, understand, and report on the multifamily supply pipeline for development projects using various sources.
- Assist with data preparation and management for creating/updating reports in Power BI.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI, etc.) proficiency.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS is desired but not critical.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Geospatial Science, or a related field.
