About the Role

Victory Precisions is a leading provider of high-quality aluminium die casting and foundry solutions. The Project Specialist will coordinate project activities from initiation through completion for aluminium die casting and manufacturing projects. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion.
• Track timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues affecting quality, cost, or delivery.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Support sales and customer service teams with technical and status updates.
• Ensure projects adhere to company standards and client expectations.
• Conduct data analysis and status reviews.
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in using project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, project tracking software).
• Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Solid Project Management and Analytical Skills.
• Sales and Customer Service capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field.
• Prior project coordination or specialist experience is preferred.
• Experience in die casting or automotive/industrial components is an advantage.
