About the Role

A full-time, on-site Software Engineer role focused on building innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain back-end services and applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Debug and resolve technical issues.
• Optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate APIs and databases.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions.
• Follow best practices in version control, testing, and deployment.
• Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to the tech stack.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), using one or more modern languages (such as Java, Python, C#, or similar).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Knowledge of API design and integration.
• Familiarity with web frameworks or server-side technologies.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of software testing practices, debugging techniques, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, containerization, or microservices architecture is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, communicate clearly, and take ownership of deliverables.
