Community Associate

About the Role

The Community Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting and enhancing the daily experience of members at YesssWorks. This role involves welcoming and onboarding new members, addressing member queries, and ensuring that shared spaces are well-maintained and functional. The role requires consistent on-site presence to provide responsive community support and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and onboarding new members.
• Addressing member queries.
• Ensuring shared spaces are well-maintained and functional.
• Facilitating community engagement by organizing events.
• Promoting networking opportunities.
• Encouraging collaboration among members.
• Managing basic administrative tasks.
• Coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
• Supporting case management for member requests or issues.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site full time in Mumbai.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Maintain a professional, solution-oriented approach.
• Basic proficiency with office software and digital tools for communication, scheduling, and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Community Support abilities.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience or aptitude in Case Management.
• Understanding or interest in Community Health and well-being.
• Prior experience in coworking spaces, hospitality, customer service, or community management is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education in business, communications, hospitality, social work, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
