Management Trainee, Pathfinder Global Initiative

About the Role

The Pathfinder Global Initiative is LESSO's program to develop future international leaders and support the company's global growth. Participants will receive comprehensive training and transition into Sales Manager roles in a U.S. metropolitan area. This role involves developing new business, establishing customer relationships, and expanding LESSO's presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in approximately six weeks of training in China.
• Transition into a Sales Manager role in your designated Metro Area upon successful completion of training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of LESSO's products and services locally.
• Collaborate with LESSO's global teams to support business development and market growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient in Chinese.
• Familiar with a U.S. metropolitan area, preferably with educational or professional experience in the area.
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn LESSO's products, services, and business operations quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and business development skills.
• Ability to leverage LESSO's global resources to develop business opportunities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential.
• Ability to develop and manage a local sales team.
