About the Role
InnovTouch Technologies is a technology and digital solutions company focused on helping organizations enhance their online presence and business performance. This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Chennai. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content.
- Coordinate online promotions.
- Monitor web analytics.
- Prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to digital strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns meet objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Digital Marketing
- Online Marketing
- Multi-channel campaigns
- Social Media Marketing (content planning, publishing, engagement management)
- Web Analytics (interpreting data, optimizing campaigns)
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar tools is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Chennai.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
