About the Role
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love's, you will:
- Interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service.
- Maintain a clean, stocked deli area.
- Prepare deli products accurately as instructed in designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure company policies and procedures are followed to maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
- No experience required; training will be provided.
