About the Role

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Office-based)
• Hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai.
• Responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls.

Job Details

• Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from the office.
• Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company's requirements.
• Candidates must be located within 23 km of the office.

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).

Qualifications

• Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3)
• Any Graduate or PG
• Age Criteria: 18 years to 35 years.

Salary

• 23,000/- to 39,000/- (take-home after deductions)
